Transaction Manager - Real Estate
Responsibilities and Duties
- Manage and Facilitate all aspects of company real estate transactions from time of offer to final accounting, utilizing best efforts to meet or exceed requirements of firm and all clients of the firm using Company-designed proprietary systems and strategies.
- Utilize Organizational and management skills in connection with contract workflow on real estate transactions.
- Collaborate with company team, brokers, staff, vendors, clients and employees to abide by any and all contractual and fiduciary obligations established between the company and any and all Clients, acting as a liaison between Managers, Construction Team, Transaction Coordinators, Vendors and Attorney’s.
- Daily review of property pipeline to ensure all docs, internal systems are updated and managed.
- Assist company with any transaction issues within the sub-market Update and Manage Database Platforms
- Perform various office administrative tasks as may be assigned
Desired Work Experience/Skills/Education:
- Previous and Verifiable Real Estate experience is a MUST, this is not a training/learning position
- Knowledge of Apple operating systems and software
- Proficiency in commonly used office equipment and software
- Ability to learn quickly, absorb and use new tech
- Real Estate License is REQUIRED in NORTH CAROLINA, PREFERRED in SC, GA, AL, TN as well
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks quickly and efficiently
The Ideal Candidate may also be able to show/posess:
- Bachelors Degree preferred
- Prior SFR Institutional Investor Experience
- General Brokerage Acquisition and Disposition Services
- Second-to-None Work Ethic
