About the Role
We are seeking experienced Technology Transactions Attorneys with strong in-house commercial contracting experience to join an exciting AI-focused legal project. In this role, you will help improve next-generation legal AI systems by reviewing, analyzing, and evaluating technology contracts while providing expert legal feedback.
This is an excellent opportunity for attorneys who enjoy contract drafting, negotiation, legal analysis, and working at the intersection of law and artificial intelligence.
Key Responsibilities
Review, draft, negotiate, and redline commercial technology agreements.
Evaluate AI-generated contract reviews and provide legal feedback.
Perform simulated contract negotiations and identify contractual risks.
Create objective evaluation criteria for AI contract review performance.
Collaborate with legal, product, and research teams to improve AI-driven legal solutions.
Assist in developing best practices for AI-powered contract analysis.
Provide insights on contract language, risk allocation, and negotiation strategies.
Required Qualifications
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school.
Active Bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
Minimum 3 years of in-house counsel experience focused on technology transactions.
Strong experience drafting and negotiating:
Master Service Agreements (MSAs)
Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs)
Data Processing Agreements (DPAs)
Commercial technology agreements
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with legal technology or Artificial Intelligence.
Background in corporate law firms handling technology transactions, M&A, or commercial contracts.
Experience with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platforms.
Interest in legal innovation and AI-assisted legal workflows.
