Key Responsibilities:

• Draft and negotiate complex commercial and corporate agreements

• Lead and support M&A transactions, venture financings, and corporate governance matters

• Provide strategic counsel to startups, emerging growth companies, and investors

• Manage and conduct due diligence and legal research

• Collaborate with partners and cross-functional legal teams

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• J.D. from a top-tier law school

• Active membership in the California Bar

• 36 years of experience in M&A, private equity, or venture capital transactions

• Background in technology or life sciences industries is a plus

• Strong business judgment, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-driven environment
