What You'll Do

• Assist clients with airline, hotel, cruise, and tour bookings

• Build custom travel itineraries based on client needs

• Provide exceptional customer service via phone, chat, or email

• Coordinate travel logistics and reservations

• Educate travelers on travel policies, passports/visas, and trip details

• Maintain client records and follow-up communication

• Resolve travel changes, cancellations, and special requests

Who You Are

• Excellent communicator with a customer-first attitude
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Able to work independently and manage your schedule
• Comfortable using computer systems
