Job Description - Traveling Interim Director of Culinary Solutions


Dietary Solutions is seeking an experienced Interim Director of Culinary Solutions to join its team of traveling dietetic professionals.



Job Purpose:



  • To provide interim coverage relating to Interim Director of Culinary Solutions work scope as needed leading culinary strategy, budget optimization, and foodservice program development across member organizations. This role combines culinary expertise, operational leadership, and financial stewardship to deliver scalable, cost-effective, and innovative culinary solutions that improve member satisfaction, operational efficiency, and profitability.

  • The Director will partner with suppliers, operators, chefs, and member leadership teams to create culinary programs that align with market trends, contract compliance goals, labor realities, and budget expectations while maintaining food quality and guest experience standards.

Requirements:



  • Current Registered Dietitian or Certified Dietary Manager credential

  • Experience in Skilled Nursing/Long-Term Care

  • ServSafe certification

  • 50% travel
