Job Overview:

Looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our growing team. You will design intuitive, engaging, and accessible digital experiences across platforms.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Create user-centered designs by understanding business requirements and user feedback

• Design and prototype web and mobile interfaces using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch

• Develop wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and mockups

• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to improve UX
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to bring designs to life
• Maintain design consistency across projects while innovating for diverse user needs

• Ensure accessibility and responsiveness across devices and platforms

Primary Skills (Must-Have):

• Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or InVision

• Strong grasp of UX principles, design thinking, and user research methodologies
• Experience designing for web and mobile platforms (iOS, Android, Responsive Web)
• Familiarity with design systems, style guides, and component-based UI
• Ability to translate complex ideas into simple and elegant design solutions

Secondary Skills (Good-to-Have):

• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, or front-end development

• Exposure to tools like Notion, Jira, or Miro

• Understanding of accessibility standards and WCAG guidelines

• Experience working on social impact, education, or non-profit platforms

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field

• 1-5 years of relevant experience in UI/UX or product design

  Strong portfolio showcasing design thinking, interface skills, and user empathy
