We are seeking experienced professionals from the UK restaurant and hospitality industry to participate in a paid research project focused on restaurant operations, point-of-sale (POS) systems, and hospitality technology platforms.

The project aims to gather insights from industry experts regarding operational challenges, technology adoption, purchasing decisions, and market dynamics within the UK restaurant sector.

This is a fully remote, project-based consulting opportunity involving expert interviews with a leading research client.

Ideal Candidate Profiles

Profile 1: COO / Operations Director – Restaurant Groups (5–30 Locations)

Candidates should have experience overseeing operations for multi-site restaurant groups and ideally have led the evaluation, selection, or implementation of POS systems and broader restaurant technology solutions.
