Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with vacation planning support and reservation requests
- Coordinate accommodations, scheduling, and related services

- Communicate professionally with clients via email, phone, and online platforms
- Review confirmations and service details for accuracy and completeness
- Provide general customer service and administrative support
- Follow established processes and workflows
- Collaborate with internal teams to support client needs
Qualifications
