We look forward to having you as part of our team in the role of vCISO Fraccional (Fractional Virtual CISO), providing strategic cybersecurity leadership on a fractional basis as part of an AI-enabled cybersecurity service.



This role focuses on cybersecurity strategy, governance, risk, roadmap development, and executive communication, working alongside the technical security resources responsible for operational and engineering activities. The model provides fractional access to experienced cybersecurity leadership, with continuity maintained through a consistent assigned resource and an appropriate backup or deputy.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide cybersecurity strategy and leadership on a fractional basis, supporting governance activities and guidance on cybersecurity risk.


• Develop and support cybersecurity roadmaps, translating strategic security priorities into actionable initiatives.


• Provide cybersecurity guidance and communication to executive stakeholders, supporting the customer's broader security program.


• Collaborate with Security Operations and specialized engineering resources, providing strategic context to technical security activities and priorities.


• Maintain continuity of cybersecurity leadership through an appropriate backup or deputy model when required.


• Support multiple customers as part of a fractional service delivery model.

Required Skills & Experience

• Experience providing cybersecurity leadership at a strategic level (e.g., CISO, vCISO, or similar).


• Experience with cybersecurity strategy, governance, and risk management.


• Experience developing and supporting cybersecurity roadmaps.


• Experience communicating cybersecurity topics with executive stakeholders (C-level and board-level audiences).


• Ability to operate effectively in a fractional capacity, supporting multiple customer environments.


• Ability to maintain continuity of service through a designated backup or deputy.


• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate closely with operational and technical cybersecurity resources.


• Advanced English proficiency, required for communication with international executive stakeholders.

Nice to Have

• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CRISC.


• Experience with cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., NIST CSF, ISO 27001).


• Prior experience in a fractional or virtual CISO (vCISO) engagement model.
