Vocantas develops workforce communication and shift-fill software that helps healthcare organizations and manufacturers solve critical staffing challenges. Our customers include major automotive manufacturers, national consumer brands, and some of North America's largest hospital systems. As part of Fluent Software Group (a Valsoft Corporation operating group), we're a profitable software business with a strong track record of serving mission-critical industries. We run lean, move quickly, and are entering an exciting new phase with the launch of ConnectOS, our next-generation workforce platform.
We're looking for a sales leader to build the next stage of Vocantas' growth. Our existing customer base continues to expand, but our biggest opportunity is winning new customers—and that's what this role is built around.
You'll inherit a team of Account Executives and an AI-enabled go-to-market engine that's already in place. Your mandate is to turn it into a repeatable, scalable new-logo acquisition machine while leading the commercial launch of ConnectOS. This is a true player-coach role where you'll carry your own number, coach the team, improve the sales process, and help shape the future of the organization. The initial focus is accelerating growth across the U.S., with the opportunity to influence future expansion into additional international markets.
Location: Remote (United States)
The salary range for this role is $100,000–$130,000 USD per year. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, and location.
