Salary Range: $90,000–$120,000/year (+ 3% equity, monthly and quarterly bonuses)

🎯 What You'll Do:

• Connect with pre-scheduled clients over Zoom (yep—no cold calling)

• Walk families through their benefit options with clarity and compassion

• Keep digital notes organized and handle follow-ups with professionalism

• Build real relationships with the people you serve

• Stay sharp with weekly training and leadership development

• Comfortable in virtual settings and using digital tools
