Virtual Licensed Therapist (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC) – California

Employment Details:

• Job Type: Full-time, remote
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year

Responsibilities:

• Provide virtual therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families
• Develop customized treatment plans and adjust as needed
• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to enhance client care
• Keep thorough and confidential documentation of client interactions
• Stay current with trends in mental health therapy and telehealth practices

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field
• Active LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC license in California
• At least two years of clinical experience
• Strong ability to engage with clients in a virtual setting
• Experience in telehealth is a plus
