Job Summary
We’re expanding access to care across California through telehealth and need licensed therapists to join our team. As a virtual counselor, you’ll help clients manage stress, relationships, and everyday challenges in a way that is both structured and supportive. This is a role that values balance, stability, and the impact you make with each session.

Job Details

• Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
• $115,000 – $120,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Conduct secure online therapy for adults and families
• Create treatment plans that adapt as clients grow
• Collaborate with care teams virtually
• Keep detailed and compliant records
• Take part in ongoing professional learning

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy or Psychology
• Active California license (LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC)
• Two or more years of therapy experience
• Skilled at connecting with clients remotely
