Remote Mental Health Therapist (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) – Work from Home in Tennessee

Licensed therapists looking for a flexible, fully remote opportunity can find success with us. We connect professionals with clients throughout Tennessee via a secure, user-friendly telehealth platform. This role is ideal for LCSWs, LPCs, and LMFTs who want to focus on clinical care without administrative burdens.

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
Compensation: $100,000 – $110,000 annually, plus a full range of benefits.

Key Duties:

• Provide virtual therapy sessions to pre-screened, low-acuity clients.
• Create and implement evidence-based treatment plans.
• Track client progress and maintain thorough documentation.
• Work within a supportive system that handles scheduling and billing.

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology
• Active Tennessee license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT).
• At least 2–3 years of experience in a clinical setting.
