Job Summary
We’re expanding our telehealth network and need licensed therapists in Maryland to join our remote care team. In this position, you’ll work one-on-one with clients, helping them address stress, anxiety, relationship concerns, and other challenges through structured therapy sessions. You’ll be part of a supportive environment that combines flexibility with professional accountability.

Job Details

• Full-Time | 9 AM – 5 PM, Monday through Friday
• Annual Salary: $100,000 – $110,000

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and family therapy sessions via telehealth
• Develop measurable treatment goals and track progress
• Adjust care plans based on client outcomes
• Document services promptly and in compliance
• Collaborate virtually with other professionals

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
• Licensed in Maryland (LCSW-C, LCPC, or LMFT)
• Minimum 2 years of counseling experience
• Strong communication and organizational skills
