Job Summary
We’re seeking licensed mental health professionals in Arizona to join our telehealth team. In this role, you’ll support clients remotely by providing therapy sessions that address stress, anxiety, relationships, and personal growth. Position Details

• Full-Time | Monday through Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
• Salary: $100,000 – $110,000 annually

Key Duties

• Conduct secure online therapy sessions
• Create individualized treatment strategies
• Monitor progress and update care plans
• Maintain detailed documentation in compliance with standards
• Continue professional growth through training and collaboration

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or Marriage & Family Therapy
• Active Arizona license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC)
• At least 2 years of therapy experience
• Strong communication and organizational skills
