Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC) Role in California – Full-Time Position Available
We’re hiring a Mental Health Therapist to provide expert care to individuals navigating mental health challenges. You’ll work closely with patients to assess their needs and offer personalized solutions that empower them to achieve their goals.

Type: Full-Time

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM–5 PM

Pay Range: $115,000–$120,000 annually, plus benefits

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients to understand the root of their mental health struggles
• Deliver tailored counseling sessions designed to meet patient objectives
• Stay informed about advancements in counseling techniques
• Collaborate with team members to enhance service quality
• Build meaningful connections with patients during therapy sessions

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, or a related field
• Active licensure in California (LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT)
• Two years of experience in the mental health field
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• Ability to deliver treatment that is customized to meet the unique needs of every patient
