Role Overview
We are adding licensed therapists to our remote team in California. You will provide evidence-based therapy sessions, build customized treatment plans, and support clients through secure telehealth platforms.

• Full-Time | Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
• Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 annually

Key Duties

• Deliver one-on-one and family teletherapy sessions
• Establish measurable client goals
• Coordinate care with other providers to enhance outcomes
• Maintain proper records in line with regulations
• Stay current on evolving mental health practices

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, or related field
• Active California license (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC)
• At least two years of clinical experience
• Skilled in remote therapy delivery
