Virtual Mental Health Therapist | LMFT, LMHC, LCSW

Job Summary
We’re looking for licensed therapists in Indiana to provide therapy remotely. This position allows you to support clients across the state while maintaining the stability of a full-time, Monday-to-Friday schedule. You’ll focus on evidence-based care, helping clients work toward healthier emotional and behavioral outcomes.

Schedule & Compensation

• Full-Time | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday–Friday
• $100,000 – $110,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual, couple, and family counseling sessions online
• Build treatment plans tailored to client needs
• Track outcomes and make adjustments as necessary
• Document services accurately and on time
• Stay engaged in continuing education

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology
• Indiana license (LMFT, LCSW, LMHC)
• At least 2 years of clinical therapy experience
• Ability to connect effectively through telehealth
