Job Description - Vorarbeiter/Polier (m/w/d)

Coordination and management of the construction site in collaboration with the construction management.
Coordination of personnel, material, and equipment planning.
Conducting internal and external reporting and documentation, including the construction logbook.
Ensuring quality control and compliance with occupational safety regulations.
Main point of contact on the construction site for suppliers, subcontractors, service technicians, clients, and client representatives.

Several years of professional experience in the field of coating/painting, particularly in airless spray techniques.
Ideally, initial leadership experience as a foreman/supervisor.
Teamwork skills, flexibility, and reliability, as well as the ability to act as a role model.
Effective organizational and problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage priorities and workflows.
A proactive and committed work attitude.
Precise judgment for timely and well-founded decisions.
Willingness to undertake assembly work and travel throughout Europe, with a focus on Germany.
Fluency in German and English.
Class B driver's license, ideally also CE.
