Vice President, Relationship Manager

SMArtX Advisory Solutions, a rapidly growing financial services technology company based in West Palm Beach, Florida, is seeking a Vice President, Relationship Manager to join our Asset Manager Solutions team. This team is responsible for the recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing relationship management of all third-party asset managers on the SMArtX platform. The team is also responsible for standing up managed account platforms for asset managers and providing relationship management support.

About the Role
As a VP, Relationship Manager, you will play a key role in managing and expanding relationships with third-party asset managers. Your primary mandate will be to deepen engagement, broaden distribution opportunities, and drive strategic growth across the platform. This includes overseeing day-to-day relationship management, contract negotiations, and collaborating with firms leveraging SMArtX to power their own, white-labeled platforms.

This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented, proactive individual with a passion for financial services and investment technology.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned asset manager relationships
  • Identify and execute opportunities to broaden manager distribution across the platform
  • Lead regular check-ins—via calls or in-person meetings—to align on partnership objectives and growth initiatives
  • Support managers using SMArtX to offer white-labeled platforms to their end clients
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Salesforce, including accounts, contacts, and opportunities
  • Ensure firm and product information is up-to-date on the SMArtX platform
  • Respond promptly and professionally to manager inquiries via phone and email

Qualifications Required:

  • 5–15 years of professional experience in the financial services industry, preferably in sales, relationship management, or platform distribution roles
  • Proven ability to manage relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Travel to industry events and in-person meetings
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage timelines and deliverables
  • Excellent communication skills—written, verbal, and interpersonal
  • Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset
  • Bachelor’s degree, ideally in Finance, Business, or a related field

Preferred:

  • Experience working with or for an investment platform, asset manager, or fintech firm
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM
  • Project management experience or formal training
