Your Role:
As a Lead Caregiver, you'll be the guiding force in creating a warm, respectful, and safe environment. You'll oversee daily activities, mentor new team members, and ensure each client receives tailored care that promotes independence and well-being.

What You’ll Do:

Lead and coordinate personalized care plans

Mentor and support fellow caregivers

Build meaningful connections with clients and their families

Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, medication reminders, and mobility support

Maintain accurate documentation and report any changes in condition

Promote a positive, respectful, and compassionate atmosphere

What We’re Looking For:

Previous caregiving experience (home care, assisted living, or healthcare)

Strong leadership and communication skills

Compassionate, patient, and dependable nature

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Valid CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)

Passion for improving lives and making a real difference
