Webinar Facilitator Analyst

Job Description Safal Partners is seeking a full-time, detail-oriented Analyst in the role of webinar coordinator to support content creation, webinar technical facilitation, and help desk operations. This person will work collaboratively within a project team on deliverables such as reports, presentations, and spreadsheets. The ideal candidate for this position is collaborative, responsive, detail-oriented, technology-savvy, customer-service-oriented, comfortable interacting with diverse people at all levels, and able to work on tight deadlines. Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume client communications, overseeing all incoming/outgoing emails, and alerting relevant team members to updates.
- Work closely with the webinar team to ensure the successful promotion of all webinars, providing backup facilitation when needed, and providing technical support during rehearsals and live webinars.
- Create and publish event pages, email communications, and invitations using Microsoft Office Suite, JIRA, and Sitecore (content management system) for on-time delivery.
- Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for WorkforceGPS website enhancements, releases, and functionality; coordinate testing activities, document and track findings, communicate issues to appropriate team members, and validate updates and resolutions. Create and analyze reports from the WorkforceGPS Admin Portal to monitor site and user activity, identify trends, assess engagement, and provide data to support project decisions and reporting needs.
- Conduct community reviews to assess WorkforceGPS community content, functionality, organization, and user experience; document findings and coordinate identified updates or follow-up actions with appropriate project team members.
- Support Help Desk operations by triaging general and community-specific inquiries and coordinating site-related bugs with developers to facilitate resolution.
- Communicate with and coordinate directly with the internal and client teams, including subject matter experts, analysts, project managers, executives, writers, designers, etc.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree showing expertise in writing preferred and minimum of 2 years' experience
- Demonstrated experience in editing and 508-compliant products (deliverables, documents, PowerPoints, etc.)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with a wide range of platforms – Zoom, SharePoint, and Smartsheet is advantageous
- An understanding of webinar technology and editing software or the ability to learn
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail, demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, strong organizational skills, and dependability
- The ability to maintain a positive team-player attitude, remain calm and professional under pressure and work collaboratively and independently with diverse individuals.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and self-motivated to proactively take on projects with a high level of organization.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
