Job Description - Werkstudierende Wärmepumpen-Effizienz & Optimierung (m/w/d)

  • Technical Optimization: You will support our Tech team in developing innovative methods to increase the efficiency and maximize the lifespan of heat pumps.
  • Analysis & Innovation: You will analyze performance data of existing systems, develop concrete technical improvement approaches from this, and bring in creative, data-based solutions for technical challenges.
  • Knowledge Transfer: You will document your findings in an understandable way and support your team in implementing the developed solutions.
  • Software Integration: Together with our developers and project management, you will work on integrating new functions for remote control and efficiency optimization into our software platform.

  • Data-Driven Automation: You will use energy data to develop intelligent automation strategies for optimizing energy consumption and the operation of our heat pump fleet.

  • Ongoing Master's studies in Engineering with a clear focus on heat pump technology or a comparable specialization (required)
  • Verifiable practical or scientific experience in the field of heat pump technology (required)
  • Strong technical understanding, especially regarding data-based automation and software applications (desirable)
  • Quick comprehension and high willingness to familiarize yourself with new, complex technical topics
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and a creative approach to developing innovative solutions
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Goal-oriented, independent work style with a strong hands-on mentality
  • Teamwork skills and the ability to work efficiently and effectively in a remote-first team
