Western Pennsylvania Transportation Lead

· Manage transportation projects involving Highway, Traffic and Bridge services

· Networking and business development activities for the expansion of business opportunities in the Western PA region

· Preparation of proposals, presentations to prospective clients, negotiation of contracts

· Oversee technical staff on project delivery and mentor junior staff

· Develop manpower requirements, project schedules and budgets

· Provide QA/QC measures to ensure project deliverables meet the client’s needs

· Coordinate tasks being performed at other Dawood regional offices

· Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering

· Professional Engineering license in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania required

· Professional Engineering license in the states of Maryland, Ohio and West Virginia preferred

· Minimum of 20 years of progressive experience in the civil engineering industry

· Prior civil engineering experience in Western PA required

· Prior experience with PennDOT, Pennsylvania Turnpike preferred

· Strong business development and networking skills required

· Ability to manage, lead and execute all aspects of transportation projects

· Excellent communication skills
