Job Description - Wholesale Sales Manager

Wholesale Sales Manager - Highly Skilled

This is an immediate opportunity for a talented Wholesale Sales Manager to join our team. As the Wholesale Manager, you will have the chance to work fully remote, enjoying a flexible schedule and earning supplemental income through commission pay. Who We Are:

We’re a growing artisan donut shop with a passion for scratch-made treats and unforgettable flavor. As we expand our wholesale program, we’re looking for a driven and outgoing Outside - Wholesale Sales Manager to help bring our donuts to cafes, hotels, offices, and hospitality groups across the region.

What You'll Do:

  • Identify and build relationships with local businesses, retailers, and hospitality partners
  • Drive B2B sales by introducing our products to new wholesale accounts
  • Coordinate product samples, tastings, and follow-ups
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals
  • Maintain client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Track leads, orders, and commissions in collaboration with our leadership team
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create sales strategies

Who You Are:

  • A confident and enthusiastic communicator who loves connecting with people
  • Experienced in sales (at least 1–2 years); outside or B2B sales preferred
  • Background in food, beverage, or hospitality is a big plus
  • Self-motivated, independent, reliable, and results-driven — you enjoy making things happen
  • Flexible and available for in-person meetings, tastings, and occasional events

Compensation:

  • Commission-based pay structure — earn a percentage of every wholesale account you bring on
  • Part-time and flexible — build your schedule and sales strategy around your availability
