• Understand the WordPress ecosystem, and how to customize plugins and themes with precision,

• A pre-approved Figma or Photoshop design (sometimes sliced HTML),
• Access to licensed page builders like Elementor, Divi, Beaver, WP Bakery, etc.,
• Clear functional requirements (what’s clickable, what scrolls, where forms go),
• A strong tech support system and clear escalation paths,
• Sample references of expected look and feel,
• A team that values speed, accuracy, and quality.

• Integrate HTML/CSS assets or Figma files into the WordPress framework with high fidelity,
• Use page builders to create dynamic, responsive layouts (desktop + mobile),
• Customize themes and plugins to meet client-specific functionality,
• Apply basic visual polish (fonts, colors, image cropping) using Figma or Photoshop,
• Troubleshoot bugs and layout inconsistencies across browsers/devices,
• Communicate clearly with internal teams and client reps on requirements,
• Deliver 5-page websites in 6–8 hours without sacrificing quality,
• Maintain site security and hygiene (updates, backups, best practices),
• Rotate shifts to align with both Indian and U.S. time zones.

• Build with WordPress page builders: Elementor, Divi, Visual Composer, WP Bakery, Beaver Builder,
• Hand-code and tweak with HTML5, CSS3, and Bootstrap,
• Troubleshoot like a detective—quickly zero in on layout bugs and functional glitches,
• Edit and crop visuals using Figma and Photoshop (basic level),
• Maintain plugin/theme health and site security,
• Work fast without compromising pixel-perfect execution,
• Communicate crisply and adapt to shifting client needs,
• Handle multiple projects without getting frazzled.
