Job Description - Working Student Content/ Social Media (m/f/x)

We are currently looking for a Working Student Content/ Social Media (m/f/x). You will define and execute on our (social media) content strategy in close collaboration with the founders and our marketing team. The main focus areas will be on social media content, and short and long-form content for our website.

⭐ Your Responsibilities

General

Expand your knowledge of a high-growth SaaS startup and learn about several key areas of early-stage operations (+ by getting access to Reforge)
Work in an exciting, dynamic, and supportive environment in close collaboration with our co-founders

Content Marketing

Trend Identification & content strategy: Stay on top of the latest B2B SaaS growth & GTM trends, insights, and best practices to inform our content strategy for social media and content marketing.
Content Creation: Support the founders in developing impactful content (both visuals and copy) for short- and long-form formats, contributing to thought leadership in the B2B SaaS space.
Social Media Management: Assist in managing social media accounts, including scheduling, publishing, and community engagement.
Reporting & Insights: Consolidate performance reports for social media and content campaigns, highlighting actionable insights for improvement.
Campaign Execution: Collaborate on planning and executing content campaigns across different channels to amplify our reach and engagement.
Sales Enablement Content: You will help us in creating sales enablement content (e.g. customer success stories, competitor pages, new feature/ solution pages)

Required

You are enrolled as a student (preferably master degree) in marketing, management, business informatics, or related subjects
Gained first experiences in content creation for a software startup
Strong creative skills in copywriting and visual content creation
Proficiency in social media platforms (x / LinkedIn / Reddit / TikTok) ****and tools (e.g., Canva, Figma, or similar design tools).
You are a fast learner and quickly adapt to new areas
You are result-oriented and devoted to execution
You incorporate a can-do-attitude, and you are enthusiastic about taking on new challenges
You are strongly self-motivated to learn and continuously strive to acquire knowledge for personal and professional reasons
You love working in a highly dynamic environment
You're a highly skilled communicator with full-fledged proficiency in English

Nice-to-have

You have basic experience with AI content creation tools
