Job Description - Working Student Logistics Analytics (m/f/d)

As Working Student Logistics Analytics, you will support the Logistics Analytics function with a focus on Last Mile operations across 14+ countries, working closely with our in-house last mile delivery carrier - Westwing Delivery Service. This position is unlimited and based in Munich. The preferred start date is September 2025.

creation of regular performance reports for our third-party last mile carriers
weekly and monthly reporting of logistics KPIs, including support in the design and development of reporting dashboards
support in profitability analysis across last mile partners, including both external 3PL carriers and our internal delivery service
contribution to the migration of Westwing Delivery Service’s SaaS operations to a clean and structured Snowflake database

currently pursuing or have completed a degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, or a related field
availability on Monday mornings to support necessary reporting activities is a must
strong interest in operations; previous experience in logistics or operational roles is a plus
proactive and collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment; highly self-motivated with a strong willingness to learn
strong Excel skills and enjoy working with data
familiar with SQL and keen to develop further skills; experience with Tableau is an advantage
