Job Description - Zoho Specialist

About Us


KTOB Global is a high-performance sales outsourcing firm serving some of Africa’s leading telecom and BPO providers. We deliver results through sharp systems, data-backed decisions, and expert teams. We’re now looking for a Zoho Specialist to help us unlock the full power of the Zoho suite as we scale across multiple campaigns.


Role Overview


As our Zoho Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and optimising our entire Zoho ecosystem. This includes Zoho CRM, Campaigns, Desk, Forms, Analytics, Books, Recruit, and more. Your role will involve ensuring cross-tool integration, system performance, automation setup, and data integrity to support sales, recruitment, operations, and finance teams.


Key Responsibilities


  • Configure, customize, and maintain Zoho CRM, including modules, workflows, scoring rules, blueprints, and integrations.

  • Build automations and process flows across Zoho apps like CRM, Campaigns, Forms, Desk, and Recruit.

  • Connect and maintain integrations with third-party platforms (email, calling, WhatsApp, forms, etc.).

  • Maintain and improve Zoho Analytics dashboards to provide reporting for internal KPIs and campaign metrics.

  • Work with Zoho Books and Zoho People to align HR and finance data (basic setup and user support).

  • Ensure smooth data flow and user access across all Zoho tools, managing roles, profiles, and permissions.

  • Provide user training, write internal documentation, and troubleshoot system issues.

  • Recommend new use cases and optimizations across the Zoho suite to improve performance and efficiency.

  • Collaborate with leadership on systems scalability as we expand client offerings and team size.


Requirements


  • 2–4 years of experience working extensively with the Zoho suite, especially CRM, Campaigns, Recruit, and Analytics.

  • Ability to build and manage custom functions, workflows, webhooks, and integrations.

  • Comfortable navigating and connecting Zoho Desk, Forms, People, Books, and other modules.

  • Strong understanding of sales, recruitment, and operational workflows.

  • Tech-savvy, systems-minded, and eager to improve internal efficiency.

  • Strong communication skills and ability to explain systems to non-technical users
