Renal Nurse Supervisor - Dialysis Unit

In this leadership role, you will oversee the daily operations of a dialysis unit, support a team of skilled nurses and technicians, and ensure high-quality patient care while driving compliance, safety, and performance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical and operational leadership for the dialysis unit
• Supervise, mentor, and develop nursing staff and clinical teams
• Manage scheduling, training, performance reviews, and recruitment
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and regulatory requirements
• Lead quality improvement initiatives and prepare for dialysis unit surveys
• Partner with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to deliver excellent patient outcomes

Qualifications Required:

• 2+ years of recent dialysis RN experience (not in distant past)
• Proven dialysis leadership experience (Facility Administrator, Nurse Manager, Clinical Manager, etc.)
• Active Vermont RN license (or willingness to obtain before start)
• Strong people management skills, including hiring, training, performance management, and team building

Qualifications Preferred:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
• Experience with dialysis unit surveys and inspections
• Background in quality improvement initiatives
