Position Overview – Renewable Energy Sales Specialist:
We’re looking for a high-energy, results-driven sales professional to join our team. You’ll educate homeowners, generate leads, and guide clients through a seamless solar sales process. Whether door-to-door, following up on referrals, or closing appointments, your earning potential and career growth are unlimited.

As a Renewable Energy Sales Specialist, you’ll:

• Educate homeowners on the benefits of solar energy, incentives, and savings.
• Generate and qualify leads through referrals, networking, and community outreach.
• Present tailored solar solutions, handle questions, and close contracts.
• Collaborate with a high-performing team to exceed sales goals.

• 1+ year of door-to-door (D2D) or in-home sales experience.
• Comfortable in a 100% commission-based role.
• Self-starter with a competitive, go-getter attitude.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Tech-savvy with access to a tablet or laptop.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a strong plus!
