Assist Producers and Logistics department personnel with

·        Invoicing clients and collecting payment

·        Collecting past due payments

·        Pulling and analyzing credit reports

·        Claims handling and organization

·        Tracking and executing certain projects as they arise

·        Coordinating a monthly marketing mailer to 5,000 companies

·        Coordinating a monthly marketing e-mailer to 20,000 companies

·        Issuing, adjusting, and cancelling bonds

·        Answering client calls and e-mails to assist with their bond questions and needs
