We are looking for a proactive, relationship-driven Renewals Account Manager to join our team. Reporting to the Account Management Team Lead, you will oversee a dedicated portfolio of Oktopost customers, focusing on securing long-term retention through value-based partnerships. This role is designed for a dedicated professional who thrives on nurturing client success and acting as a trusted advisor to drive retention through product expertise and commercial negotiation.

What You'll Do


  • Responsible for post-sale success by facilitating routine customer meetings and offering support throughout the partnership.

  • Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with clients to enhance retention and loyalty.

  • Lead the renewal processes for a diverse portfolio of customers.

  • Collaborate with Solutions Managers to address clients' technical requests and ensure they receive maximum value from our platform.

  • Analyze client needs and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional features and services.

What We're Looking For


  • 1-3 years of experience in Sales Development, Customer Success, Account Management, or related customer-facing role.

  • Exceptional presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to thrive under pressure.

  • Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.

  • Experience working in a SaaS environment is beneficial.

  • Knowledge of the digital marketing and social media world is advantageous.
