Job Description
Responsibilities:
Renewals Management:
Oversee a quota of 300+ renewals annually.
Handle renewals across the UK, Nordic regions, and parts of the Middle East.
Manage pricing negotiations for renewals ranging from £5,000 to £800,000.
Salesforce CPQ:
Utilize Salesforce CPQ for efficient renewals processing.
Prior experience with Salesforce CPQ is essential.
True-Up Process:
Responsible for the True-Up process (details to be provided during onboarding).
Collaboration:
Work cross-functionally with sales and other departments.
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to enhance customer relationships.

Skills and Requirements
Previous experience in renewals management.
Proficiency in Salesforce CPQ.
Strong negotiation skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Experience with pricing and negotiation
Experience with Contract Consolidation and ability to understand contract language
Understanding SaaS licensing- IT contracts/software. Healthcare industry experience null
