Renovation Branch Manager

The Renovation Branch Manager is responsible for oversight and coordination of all construction projects from lead generation to final walkthrough. Renovation Branch Manager duties include managing the sales team, project management life cycle, P&L, and implementing strategies to improve market share and sales performance.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

• Provide oversight to staff regarding tactical operating needs to maximize goals and provide excellent customer service.
• Responsible for daily fiscal management to ensure compliance with budgeted revenue and operating income goals adjusting when necessary to ensure profitability. 
• Evaluate industry and market trends to assess potential impact on business opportunities. 
• Partner with senior management to develop and implement procedures that remain consistent with Company goals.

Other Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Market Director to set sales, revenue, and EBITDA goals.
• Provide guidance and leadership to Estimators, Sales, and Project Managers throughout project life to ensure timely completion.
• Drive sales volume by motivating the Sales team through goal setting, meetings, and coaching.
• Communicate effectively with clients and ensure quality control upon project completion. 
• Maintain and develop positive relationships with existing and prospective clients. 
• Partner with internal marketing team to contribute to advertising, marketing, and pricing related to sales and growth.
• Assist with start-up, development, and growth of new branches as needed.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• CBP (certified building professional) designation from the Pool & Hot Tub Alliance (PHTA) highly preferred
• Residential Appliance Installer License (RAIL) preferred. 
• 3+ years' project management and P&L experience required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products 
• Experience with Service Titan preferred but not required. 
• Bilingual (English, Spanish) preferred but not required. 

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to be on your feet in the field conducting ongoing safety and technical training, customer service and service delivery. 
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds at a time.
• Must be able to bend, stretch, kneel, and squat. 
• Onsite role.
