Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Renovation Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, capable of completing tasks with minimal supervision, and committed to maintaining a clean and organized worksite. If you have a passion for hands-on work and a strong work ethic, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

Complete daily and weekly renovation tasks with minimal supervision

Maintain a clean and organized work environment at the end of each day

Perform a variety of renovation tasks, including but not limited to:
- Proper use of a paint sprayer
- Installing LVP (Luxury Vinyl Plank) flooring
- Basic tile installation
- Installing door knobs and cabinet pulls

Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

Exhibit problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges

Adhere to all safety protocols and project deadlines

Work Saturdays if the project falls behind schedule

Qualifications:

Basic understanding of general renovation techniques and procedures

Ability to complete tasks independently with minimal oversight

Possession of or willingness to acquire the following tools within 60 days of promotion:
- Drill and drill bits
- Hammer
- Screwdrivers
- Utility knife
- Mud knife and mud tray
- Tape measure
- Level
- Wire stripper
- Basic electrical testing tools
- Caulking gun
- Paint brush and paint roller setup

Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset

Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

Physical ability to lift, bend, and perform manual labor for extended periods
