Responsibilities:
- Complete daily tasks and ensure the team does the same.
- Prepare a detailed, inclusive task list for the new jobs.
- Perform tasks such as painting, replacing tile, light fixtures, doors, windows, baseboards, Luxury Plank Floor and other renovation items
- Perform quality control and maintain direct communication with the Area Manager.
- Manage basic job site equipment (e.g., saws, isolating tools, grinders, impact drivers, drills, sanders, planers).
- Highly Detail Oriented
- Oversee large equipment provided by Infinite Build (e.g., paint sprayers). Ensure proper usage and accountability for any damage to tools or equipment.
- Foster a positive work culture, motivate the team, and provide necessary training.
- Demonstrate integrity and accountability in all actions.
- Assist teammates in their success and ensure materials are used appropriately.
- Maintain a clean workplace and organize tools at the end of each day.
- Be prepared to work Saturdays if the project is behind schedule.
- Proof skills and self-development.
Work Hours:
6:45 AM - 5:30 PM (1-hour lunch break) + (30 minute break)
Compensation :
Yearly Earnings: $55,000-$67,000
Bonus Structure:
- Earn a $45 daily bonus when a project is started and diligently worked on until completion, paid 7 days after project completion on payday, provided it passes quality control with no call backs.
- Bonuses are available for projects with a minimum 3-day estimated completion.
- Earn an additional $200 bonus if the project is completed a day before the deadline, after passing inspection by the Area Manager.
