Property Type: Stabilized, Garden Style

Unit Count: 1459

Schedule: Monday thru Friday with on call required.

Requirements: 1-2 Years of Related Experience

Position eligible for incentive-based bonuses.

CAMT Certification, EPA Certification, and experience in carpentry and plumbing preferred.

• Responsible for renovating units which could include but is not limited to carpentry, plumbing, electrical, repairs, cleaning and painting. 
• Ensures compliance with all safety regulations including, but not limited to, the use of a back brace, safety goggles and gloves as appropriate while renovating units. 
• Maintaining accurate documentation of renovation supplies.  
• Maintain constant communication with management; providing daily project updates. 
• Assist with inspection of vacant units and inventory work to be performed adhering to the renovation process.

The hourly range for this position is $25.96 - $28.00 (Ewa Beach).

Additional Compensation:

Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including business requirements, prior experience, current skills and geographical location.

• Corporate Positions: In addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participate in a quarterly or annual bonus program based on individual and company performance.

• Onsite Property Positions: In addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participate in weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly bonus programs.
