We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Apartment Remodeling Technician. If you have experience in remodeling and a passion for creating beautiful living spaces, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform all remodeling duties including but not limited to painting, flooring installation, drywall repair, and general carpentry work.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times.
• Communicate effectively with property managers to address any concerns or requests.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in apartment remodeling or a similar field.
• Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship.

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
