Summary:

The Rental Car Representative is the front-line face of our rental operations, ensuring every customer has a smooth, friendly, and efficient rental experience. From greeting customers to preparing vehicles and guiding them through the rental process, you play a key role in delivering exceptional service and creating loyal customers.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers throughout the rental process, including vehicle selection and checkout
• Prepare rental vehicles to meet company standards before each rental
• Maintain and follow all rental policies and procedures
• Provide honest, ethical, and high-quality customer service at all times
• Resolve customer issues professionally and promptly
• Support team members to ensure smooth daily operations
• Keep accurate records and process transactions efficiently
• Operate computer systems and rental software to complete rentals

• Valid driver’s license
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Proven ability to solve problems effectively
• Ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds
• Desire to succeed in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous car rental or insurance replacement experience
• Face-to-face sales experience

Compensation (Hourly):

• $15.00 - 17.00 / hour

• FULL TIME
• Sundays Always Off
• Saturday Availability Required
