Rental & Reception Coordinator

Mountaineer Honda is now hiring a full time rental coordinator and receptionist for their Bridgeport, WV location.  

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and greet visitors in a friendly and professional manner


• Oversee the dealership's rental fleet


• Answer and manage incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate department or individual


• Assist customers with inquiries and provide accurate information


• Maintain a neat and organized reception area


• Assist the Service department with follow-up calls and scheduling of appointments


• Manage office supplies and inventory


• Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and title work


• Support other departments as needed

What We're Looking For:

• Prior experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role preferred


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills


• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite


• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities


• Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality


• Attention to detail and accuracy


• Positive attitude and willingness to learn


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment


• High school diploma or equivalent
