Who We Are

We are looking for the right person to help rent and maintain our rental fleet. 

Responsibilities

• Confer with customers by telephone or in person to receive necessary information for renting (pricing and availability), and call customers back within 1 hour


• Complete rental agreements on the exact vehicle the customer is renting


• Obtain necessary proof of insurance, driver's license, and signatures from the renter


• Upon return of vehicles, check for damage, mileage, and gas levels, and fill out the vehicle check-in sheet for every vehicle


• Close rental agreements as soon as the vehicle returns


• Ensure customers understand the policies about renting vehicles: 




• No smoking


• No pets


• Renter is responsible for damages and violations


• Gas tank must be returned full




• Answer calls, voicemails, and emails from customers who have questions on renting vehicles


• Work with insurance companies to have rental coverage verified, as well as follow-up to ensure payment is received on insurance claims. Employee must call in to insurance company for rental coverage per day amount, max rental coverage for this visit, and where to fax the Rental invoice


• Ensure payment has been received for all rental vehicles: warranty, customer pay, internal, and insurance claims


• Wash and detail rental fleet in a timely manner so vehicles are ready to rent as soon as possible once returned


• Track revenue and days rented on an Excel spreadsheet


• Scan rental agreements daily


• Communicate with Service Advisors and Management on customers still in rental vehicles


• Maintain an organized working environment and ensure no customer information is left on desk unattended

Qualifications

• 1 year customer service experience preferred


• Motivated, hard-working individual


• Ability to maintain professionalism and friendliness


• Ability to Saturday's


• Willingness to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug test upon conditional offer of employment


• Valid driver's license required


• Ability to operate a vehicle with a manual transmission
