Rental Car Concierge

Pay: $18.00–$20.00 per hour (Paid Weekly)

Kansas City Hyundai is looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Rental Car Concierge to join our growing team! If you enjoy helping people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in delivering outstanding customer service, we'd love to meet you.

As our Rental Car Concierge, you'll be the first point of contact for customers needing a rental vehicle while their vehicle is being serviced. You'll ensure every customer has a smooth, hassle-free experience from check-in to check-out.

What You'll Do

• Welcome customers with a positive, professional attitude.


• Coordinate rental vehicle reservations, check-outs, and returns.


• Ensure rental vehicles are clean, fueled, and ready for customers.


• Explain rental policies, vehicle features, and available options.


• Process rental agreements and payments accurately.


• Inspect vehicles before and after rentals.


• Resolve customer questions and concerns promptly and professionally.


• Work closely with the service department to provide an exceptional customer experience.


• Maintain accurate records and documentation.

What We're Looking For

• Previous customer service experience (rental car or automotive experience is a plus).


• Excellent communication and people skills.


• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.


• Attention to detail and the ability to work independently.


• Professional appearance and positive attitude.


• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.


• Dependable, punctual, and motivated to provide outstanding service.
