Rental Manager

Description

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented individual to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist both internal and external customers with the rental and loaner vehicle process, ensuring a seamless experience for all users. 

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide exceptional customer service to all clients and internal staff regarding rental and loaner vehicles.

- Assist customers with vehicle selection, rental agreements, and any inquiries they may have.

- Coordinate the dispatching of vehicles to ensure timely availability and return.

- Maintain organized records of vehicle rentals, returns, and customer interactions.

- Communicate effectively with customers and team members to resolve any issues or concerns.

- Monitor vehicle inventory and assist in the maintenance of the fleet.
