We are the region’s premier source of compact landscape, construction and snow removal equipment.
Our team owns the largest Bobcat dealers in Northern New England.
We have one of the largest rental fleets in the region.
We offer some of the newest and most advanced equipment including Bobcat's newest Garden Maintenance Equipment (GME).
Day to Day Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate process to initiate equipment rental including credit approvals.
Manage yard operations and staff to ensure safety, productivity, customer service and property appearance.
Manage rental equipment to ensure that it is properly maintained, tracked and ready to rent.
Recommend changes to the fleet, including adding units that are in high demand, transferring underperforming units out of the stores, or selling aging equipment.
Manage new rental accounts and existing assigned rental accounts.
Coordinate with sales team to increase rental income to achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly sales goals.
Compile and maintain an accurate list of prospective and current customer’s contacts and activities.
Quote prices, contract terms, estimated delivery timing, and credit terms and prepare rental agreements.
Maintain market pricing by geography, application, size, customer type and rental duration to remain profitable.
Maintain inventory accuracy and availability and adjust rental products as market trends dictate.
Communicate information concerning collections, estimated revenues of contracts, new contracts, pending contracts, and overall activity with accounts.
Attend safety training, comply with and maintain full understanding of State and federal regulations.
Perform daily safety and maintenance checks.
Secure construction equipment and other equipment, by means of chaining, strapping, and blocking.
Requirements
3-5 years’ experience in a rental management role within the construction equipment or related industry preferred.
1 year supervisory experience
Must be competent at operating compact construction equipment.
Previous sales experience.
Solid computer skills
Forklift experience preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong computer skills, data entry and telephone skills.
Strong customer service skills and abilities.
Ability to successfully pass a criminal background screening
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and related physical activities including standing, reaching, crouching, bending, etc.

Work Location: Our Hudson, NH recently renovated state-of-the art facility!
Bobcat of New Hampshire has 2 NH locations: Hudson/Londonderry and Chichester
Pay: competitive pay based on experience. Compensation Package includes exceptional benefits noted below.
