Type of Position:             Full-time, Seasonal

Schedule:                          Full-time will include weekends/holidays (minimum of 5 days/week)

Pay:                                    $23.40/hr. to $26.00/hr. Depending on experience

Summary

You are passionate about excellent customer service and are driven to provide the best experience possible for guests and fellow employees. You will be responsible for supporting and assisting the manager(s) in the daily operations of the Rental Shop. You will assist with other rental shop duties as the need arises. You are flexible and able to assist as the needs in the area evolve. Every employee is responsible for providing a positive experience for our guests and employees, with safety and fun as our top priorities.

Essential Functions (but not limited to)

• Ensure day to day operations are functional (i.e., staff has daily tasks lists).
• Communicate with Asst. Manager and Manger about shop/staff/departmental needs.
• Ensure staff needs are met
• Assist with equipment return.
• Assist with organization of rental shop equipment.
• Assist with daily cleaning of rental shop, workstations and exterior areas as needed.
• Support management staff with daily tasks (i.e., weekly safety meeting, daily staff meetings, cash logs, maintenance, etc.)

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous customer service; money handling. Previous rental shop experience; minimum of 2 years.
• Minimum 1 year Supervisor Experience.
• Ability to pass a background check
• Ability to communicate clearly and calmly, respectful, and considerate to others.
• Basic to intermediate Microsoft knowledge; sales point software.
• Written and Oral communication in English required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age. Conflict resolution skills. Must work full-time, 40+ hrs./week

Physical Demands

• This position is regularly required to stand, bend, stoop, lift and twist.
• This position will frequently require you to lift up to 50 lbs.
• This position will require the use of stairs routinely.
• This position will be required to assist in snow removal, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
