Job Description - Rental Vehicle Coordinator



Job Summary:
O'Meara Ford is seeking a Rental Vehicle Coordinator to join our team in Northglenn, Colorado. This is a full-time, hourly position in the auto industry with a focus on customer service. As a Rental Vehicle Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing our rental vehicle services for customers in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Compensation & Benefits:
This position is a full-time, hourly role with a competitive compensation of $20-$25 per hour based on experience. In addition to the competitive salary, we also offer benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, and employee discounts on vehicle purchases and services.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage all aspects of the rental vehicle service, including reservations, vehicle availability, and customer pick-up and drop-off.
- Ensure all rental vehicles are properly cleaned, maintained, and fueled for the next customer.
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their rental needs and provide excellent customer service.
- Resolve any issues or complaints related to rental services and escalate to management when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of rental transactions, payments, and vehicle maintenance.
- Stay up-to-date on all company policies, procedures, and rental vehicle offerings.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent. Experience in the auto industry or customer service is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and multitasking environment.
- Knowledge of rental vehicle software and basic computer skills.
- Must be able to obtain a valid driver's license and have a clean driving record.
