Jim Riehl's Friendly Chrysler Jeep's Service Department is currently looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Rental/Loaner Agent to join our team in Warren, MI. As a Rental Agent, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and facilitating the rental process for our clients.

Job Requirements:

Clean driving record

Customer service skills for in-person interactions and during phone calls

Ability to multi-task

Ability to vacuum and clean interior of a vehicle

Ability to keep an organized appearance

Ability to schedule and handle appointments for service customers
