Job Summary: The Rentals Manager is responsible for managing and coordinating the rental of equipment for day-to-day operations. This role involves overseeing the inventory, ensuring timely delivery and return of rental equipment, maintaining accurate records, and providing excellent customer service to internal and external clients.

Key Responsibilities:
Understand customer project needs and recommend the right equipment and accessories.
Responsible for tracking, reviewing and approving vendor invoicing
Create, review, and finalize rental quotes, reservations, and contracts accurately.
Build strong customer relationships while supporting the Rental Department and Outside Sales team.
Meet or exceed KPIs including customer satisfaction, rental utilization, and conversion rates.
Resolve customer inquiries and issues professionally and effectively.
Coordinate equipment availability, deliveries, and returns with dispatch, service, and operations team.
Inspect equipment upon return for damage, fuel levels, service and usage hours.
Assist in ordering parts and service to ensure equipment remains rental-ready.
Monitor inventory and flag equipment for maintenance, relocation, or disposal.
Maintain accurate records in the rental system, including contracts, billing, maintenance logs, and return documentation.
Use rental software to track inventory, process transactions, and manage customer accounts.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
Assist in training new employees and sharing best practices.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in equipment rental coordination, preferably in the oilfield industry.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and rental management software.
Knowledge of oilfield equipment and operations is highly desirable.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
Working Conditions:
Office environment with regular visits to field locations.
May require overtime and on-call availability to meet operational demands.
